The Speedgate Express was recently chosen by Samsung to control access to its recently constructed, state-of-the-art, office park in Randburg, South Africa. A double 900mm wide lane arrangement was supplied, together with two 180 degree Special Needs Gates. Samsung loved the organic and stylish design of the Speedgate and was confident that it would compliment the look and feel of the Samsung brand. A key design feature is that the proximity access control readers have been installed within the stainless steel cabinet, thereby preserving the shape and design of the product.
The TRITON full height curved glass turnstile was chosen to control access from the basement parking areas. Two units were supplied and installed. A full height turnstile is often the preferred solution for unmanned entrances and offer a high level of security.
