A key component of Turnstar’s manufacturing muscle is its 4kw state-of-the-art laser cutter by Durma. With exceptionally high cutting speeds as well as superior cut quality, the laser cutter produces over 1000 different types of parts for various products and is operated 24hrs a day. Another key feature of the machine is the tube laser attachment which enables Turnstar to cut holes and part tubes of up to 180mm diameter.
