The Neighbourhood, multimillion Rand development in Linksfield recently purchased a number of Turnstar products for the various gatehouse entrances into the estate. For pedestrian access, Turnstar TITAN 4 turnstiles were used and fitted with biometric readers by the installer. For resident and visitor vehicle access, Turnstar manufacture and installed 8 VELOCITY traffic barriers which are designed for heavy duty use and for high speed operation. The Velocity is also supplied standard with battery back for up to 1500 operations in the event of a power failure.
