Turnstar offers a full range of pay for entry turnstiles which are ideal for public toilets, taverns and low cost accommodation. A pay for entry system includes a turnstile (full height or waist height), a coin acceptor mechanism and an audit counter. The coin acceptor can be set to any coin amount and is fitted with a lockable cash hopper which ensures that the money is kept secure until it is collected. The audit counter is fitted with a reset keyswitch and the counter enables the owner to keep track of how many entries have taken place. The audit enables the owner to establish if any pilfering has taken place by the staff collecting the money from the cash hopper.
For shopping centres and service stations where employees and tenants are allowed free access to the toilets, Turnstar provides a very simple proximity tag system which overrides the coin acceptor system.
Turnstar is also able to manufacture a service security gate in order to allow full access for cleaning staff and free movement of buckets and the like. Security barriers beside and above the turnstile can also be custom made.
