Turnstar recently manufactured five 1.5m wide road blockers for a customer in Kenya. The road blockers were manufactured from various carbon steel channels and laser cut plate and were fitted with a powerful hydraulic system for rapid operation. With a rising and lowering time of under 5 seconds, the road blocker offers a high level of security and true piece of mind. Amber LED indicator lights fitted to the top of the blocker arc also increase nighttime visibility. The PLC controlled road blockers were also supplied with a manual override pump in order to raise or lower the blocker in the event of a power failure.
