Omnicane Limited – Mauritius, purchased a Turnstar TRIUMPH 3 double turnstile two years ago and the turnstile has been extremely useful in controlling staff access into the sugar mill facility. The product has been extremely effective in isolating the employee canteen from the mill, thereby substantially reducing sugar theft. Omnicane was established in 1926 and is a leader in the Mauritius sugar industry.
Omnicane recently chose to expand its physical security perimeter and recently purchased additional TRIUMPH 3 single and double industrial turnstiles. The Mauritian climate is particularly harsh when it comes to corrosion and Turnstar supplied the turnstiles with a hot dip galvanised finish which provides excellent surface finish protection.
