We’re excited to share that Turnstar Systems has installed two Velocity Raptor spike barriers at the Grove Shopping Centre, significantly enhancing overall security.
The Velocity Raptor spike barriers improve access control, allowing only authorized vehicles to enter. This upgrade enhances the safety of shoppers, tenants, and the shopping center as a whole.
In total, two 3.5m surface mounted spike barriers were installed at the main entrance and exit to the centre. The low profile of the spike barrier ramp minimises the possibility of damage to the undercarriage of motor vehicles whilst still allowing for a vicious spike which can damage a car tyre when necessary.
These barriers also improve traffic management, ensuring a more organized and secure environment within the shopping center.
