The Speedgate Express has really proved to be a great hit with SA’s leading banks. A top 4 SA Bank recently gave Turnstar the thumbs up and ordered over 35 lanes for their HQ in Sandton, Johannesburg. The speedgates are designed for heavy duty use and are ideal for entrances to corporate offices. The bank’s preferred lane configuration is a set of 650mm wide lanes with one or two 900mm wide lanes for wheelchairs and trolley access. The aesthetic of the product is also enhanced by embedding the reader into the cabinet and fitting each glass wing with an RGB LED strip which changes colour when access is granted.
