Turnstar has invested heavily innplant and machinery over the past three years. The single largest investment has been the purchasing of a 4kw laser cutter with IPG fiber source. IPG is a well known German manufacturer of laser machine components. The laser cutter can cut up to 20mm mild steel and 12mm stainless steel. The machine allows Turnstar to offer customers unsurpassed lead teams and quick delivery, especially when a deadline looms. With the cutting being done ‘in-house’, Turnstar can control the finished product quality and ensure that all standards are met.
