Turnstar manufactures a number of different types of Road blockers for high security and anti-terror applications. The standard road blocker is available on lengths from 1.5m up to 6m and with a lift height of 600 to 800mm. Manufactured from hot dip galvanized mild steel and fitted with powerful hydraulics, the SHIELD Road blocker is designed for heavy duty use and can withstand any punishing environment. Recently Turnstar supplied SA mining giant, South 32, with two 3.5m Road blockers which were also supplied with environmentally friendly hydraulic fluid. The blockers are protecting a diesel fuel depot which had been victim to criminals a number of times over the years.
