Turnstar offers a number of products all having different finishes, be it brushed stainless steel, powder coated mild steel and hot dip galvanised mild steel. It is essential that the product look good once installed as it is effectively a piece of furniture. Cependant, during transport, all that hard work can go down the drain and ruined by just a few, even minor, scratches.
In order to minimise this risk, Turnstar has a dedicated wood working division which builds custom size crates and pallets in order to securely pack your goods. All crates for export are fumigated and a fumigation certificate is sent with the shipment, in order to prevent any hold up with customs once the goods arrive at the destination port. This service is offered as an extra and is charged for, cependant, the additional fee ensures your total piece of mind.
The crates are manufactured from dried pine and have a pallet base which is open on all four sides for ease of access and packing.
