As part of Turnstar’s ongoing capital investment program, Turnstar recently purchased a Hartford CNC machining centre which adds to the company’s overall machining capability. The milling machine is now the 3rd CNC machining centre at the company and compliments the 4 CNC lathes. Fitted to the Hartford machine is a rotary fourth axis which enables precision machining on parts such as ratchet disks and gearbox output shafts.
