Prasa, South Africa’s major passenger railway operator recently upgraded its Mabopane station. The upgrade included ten Titan full height double turnstiles for two of the station’s entrances. The turnstiles were manufactured from 304 grade brushed stainless steel and were fitted with pedestrian indicator LEDs in order to display a valid ticket entry. Security gates were also supplied beside the turnstiles in order to accommodate wheelchair and special needs access.
