The fast growing Riverspray Lifestyle Estate in Vanderbijlpark recently upgraded the boat and clubhouse parking entrance. The entrance was previously manned by a security guard, however, the estate saw it fit to upgrade to a biometric technological access control solution combined with Turnstar’s new Velocity Traffic Barrier. Supplied as 4.5m in length, the barrier has an opening time of 2.0 seconds and provides heavy duty operation even during a power failure, thanks to the built-in battery backup.
