Turnstar recently manufactured five high security road blockers for a bank head office in Tanzania. The road blockers, each 2m in width and 800mm high, were manufactured from hot dip galvanised steels and are raised by means of a powerful hydraulic ram and pump system. A PLC and inverter offer exceptional motor and functional control and a built in loop detector ensures safe operation for authorised vehicles. In addition, five Velocity traffic barriers and two Speedgate Express lanes were installed and connected to the digital access control system.
