SA’s leading medium and high voltage motor manufacturer, Alstom, recently upgraded its entrance security. Motors manufactured range from 3300V motors all the way up to 6MW motors and security is an important part of the production as millions of Rands of copper and electrical steel are in stock at all times. The Turnstar Tribune single reader turnstile was chosen and a total of four units were installed at the main guardhouse. The Tribune is ideal for high volume and high security applications, with Alstom requiring a speedy and reliable solution for its 250 employees.
