Turnstar has now standardised on Blaser coolants for all CNC machining centers and lathes. Blaser coolants are imported from Switzerland and the company is over 70 years old and is currently in the hands of a third generation family member. The benefits of Blaser includes increased productivity and process dependability with the pH of the formulation maintained correctly and with the oil and water mix at the optimum percentage for machining. The coolants also offer greater control over any bacteria and fungal growth which can occur in a machine’s coolant system. There are many components which go into a turnstile, even the machining coolants, and at Turnstar we are always looking for ways of improving production and product quality.
